Shadow Shot Sunday #1

I shot this sleeping flamingo back in May at the Providence Zoo. Sorry it is a repeat on the blog but I think it's pretty. Shadow Shot Sunday was recently spied by my eyes on Amy's blog Spitting Ink. Go visit her! Say hello! Amy is from Wisconsin like me but we haven't yet met. I am inspired by many of her posts and blogging finds. Thank you Amy! So, I think I'll tag along and give this shadow thing a whirl. Hope you like it! Curious? Check out more Shadow Shots here.

Thank you for telling me your blogging secret! Your sweet words really lifted my spirits; the next time I feel blue, I will go and read them again. I'm happy and flattered that my little blog has inspired someone.
I wish you elephant clouds to look at. Thank you so much!

That's a great shadow shot! So sweet & pretty! It would have taken me a while to figure out what it was if you didn't say. I've never seen a flamingo sleeping before! I'm glad you discovered SSS through Spitting Ink. I love Amy's blog also :) Thanks heaps for joining in SSS!

Beautiful flamingo! I wish I had some soft feathers to bury my head in when life gets just all too much!
I love the soft shadows and the pretty orange.

Wow, this is a great pic.
I thought it was suds at first, then a batch of shea butter, then I read it was a flamingo! Glad you repeated it for shadow shot sunday.
