We took a red eye flight to Salt Lake City and it was... not fun. The flight itself was nice. We flew Jet Blue for the very first time and were happily surprised with the leg room, snacks and the Direct TV available at every seat. We weren't so happy with our son.Hugo was a pill with a capital P.
He was beyond tired. He would not fall asleep. I brought a million tricks, one being his new Super Hugo cape pictured above. All he wanted to do was kick the ladies seat in front of us. He hollered a whole bunch. Nightmare. He yelled out, "Stop it Moooooom!" Nice. Real nice. 4.5 hours later Hugo finally, finally passed out. Once the plane taxied over to our gate all the cabin lights were thrown on. Hugo morphed into a raging wolverine. I wished myself into invisibility.
