I know, I know, I already posted today but... Hugo pooped in the toilet!
I thought this day was long away. I've heard all sorts of stories about boys and their not pooping for forever. Well, Hugo was in the tub enjoying his bath tonight. He'd been playing in the water for a good amount of time splashing, talking, dumping water everywhere. I was on the phone with my Mother-In-Law catching up on the family news. All of a sudden Hugo grabbed his bum and said something about pooping and I quickly said good-bye and tossed the phone to the side! Hugo was lifted onto the toilet, he made some slightly funny faces and then there it was in the bowl! His first poop - not caught by a diaper or exploded up his back or running/gushing down a leg! A real poop in the toilet bowl. Wow.

yeah!!!
Go Hugo! That is really fantastic! Like I said, "Genius!"
I don't know quite if "genius" applies just yet. It was definatly a WOW moment for me! I am still wondering how the consistant part happens??
Schweet! I don't care what everyone says...boys are totally easier to train than girls! Keep it up!
The word for the day is: euphemism. We need a euphemism for this blog page! As in the ever-popular: Number Two. Or technical like: defecate. Or literary: relieved himself. If only to save Hugo's dignity...
And hey, when are you going to update your Mission Statement. It's the latter half of August. Bit of tweaking needed.
Enjoying the photos as usual.
And since my student, Karen, gave me the lowdown, play by play, about Book Four, I said, What! MORE Jacob! This woman has got to let this insufficient foil drop away. There is plenty of Edward and Bella magic to dump the wolfman. Of course he'll appear in Edward's story. Makes me not even want to read the book.
toodles.
Yay Hugo!! This gives me hope for my John. Adia pretty much potty trained herself by her 2nd birthday. John's got about 6 weeks until his 2nd b-day, and we are peeing, but #2 is still the challenge. :) Perhaps I need to buckle down with some consistency, and perhaps he will have a chance!!
Continued luck to Hugo on his big boy toilet training!
Wahoo! That's truly a happy day!
